Procedures
Arrival
Official check-in, registration, and use of the facility will begin
at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4. Early arrivals are welcome
to store their luggage in the Main Lodge until check-in time, but
lunch will not be provided on registration day. Registration will be held in the dining room lounge,
adjacent to the Main Office.
Departure
Check-out time from Sierra Camp rooms will be 10:00 a.m. on
Sunday, June 8. Rooms will not be available for
participants' use after that time. After checking-out, participants may store their luggage near
the main office until they are ready to leave.
Check-out
of the site is 1:00 p.m. on departure day.
During your Stay
There are no telephones in the guestrooms, although six pay phones
are available in the main lodge for guests' use. You can
purchase a phone card at the Sierra Conference Center. There
are no e-mail services. Messages
will be posted on the message board in the hallway behind the Main
Office. Facsimile and
copy machines are available for minimal use in the Main Office, or
participants are welcome to reserve time in the Jabu Business
Center. Faxes and copies will be charged on a per page basis; the
Jabu Business Center is charged based on time used. Please remember
to bring push-pins, transparencies, etc. that you will need.
