Arrival

Official check-in, registration, and use of the Stanford Sierra Conference Center facility will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10.  Early arrivals are welcome to store their luggage in the Main Lodge until check-in time, but lunch will not be provided on registration day.

Departure

Check-out time from Stanford Sierra rooms will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14.  Rooms will not be available for participants use after that time.  After checking-out, participants may store their luggage near the main office until they are ready to leave.
